Mr. Val Barkeer, president of the Amateur Boxing Association and secretary of the International Boxing Federation, questioned regarding the Olympic Committee’s decision, says it is certain that all nations which are members of the federation will be debarred from entering the boxing contests at the Amsterdam Olympiad. —A. and N.Z. The decision referred to is that amateur players are entitled to indemnity for lost earnings through broken time.
