WAIMAKARIRI RIVER
PLANS SENT TO ENGLAND Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. Thirty-one plans, together with a great deal of data and a complete history of the Waimakariri River, have been dispatched by the River Trust to Sir Francis Boys, a member of the trust, who is now in England. The documents are accompanied by a request that he should communicate with the Institute of Civil Engineers with a view to the documents being considered by an outside expert.
