COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Waipori is expected to arrive at Auckland at 3 p.m. to-day from Greymouth and Westport and berths at the King’s Wharf. The Kaitangata is expected to leave Onerahi at 5 p.m. to-day for Sydney and Newcastle. The Katoa leaves Dunedin this afternoon, via Timaru and Lyttelton, for Auckland, where she is due early next week. The Kiiwatiri, from Westport, leaves New Plymouth to-day for Auckland and is due here on Friday. After discharge at Auckland, the vessel proceeds to Newcastle to load fox' New Zealand. The Kaimanawa is loading at Westport to-day for Auckland and should arrive here about Sunday. The Wingatui, from Lyttelton, via Wellington, was to leave Picton yesterday for Auckland, and is due here on Friday. The Waimea is expected at Auckland on Sunday and sails next Tuesday on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. The Apanui leaves Auckland at midnight for the Great Barrier and returns here to-morrow night. The Matangi, sailing at seven o’clock to-night for Tauranga, is due back at Auckland on Friday morning. The Hauiti sails this afternoon at two o’clock for Kopu and Turua, and returns here to-morrow. The Raixgitoto leaves Auckland at 5 p.m. to-day for Thames and is due back to-morrow afternoon. The Omana, due here to-night from Waiheke, sails to-morrow at 3 p.m. for Kawau, Mullet Point and Matakana. The Kawau ai-rives at Auckland tomorrow night from Big Omaha via bays and leaves at 5 p.m. on Friday for Waiwera, Mahurangi and Warkworth. The Taniwha is due here to-morrow morning from Paeroa and sails the same day at 7 p.m. on her return trip. The Claymore arrives at Auckland tomorrow from Whangarei and leaves on her return trip at 7 p.m. the same day. The Gunbar is expected to arrive at Auckland next Tuesday from the Coast, and leaves the following day on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier via bays. The City of Carlisle left Auckland last night for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Tasmania in continuation of her voyage from New York. The Bearport was to leave Dunedin early this morning for Brisbane to land the balance of her Pacific Coast cargo. The Port Hunter sails from Lyttelton on Friday for Dunedin and Timaru to land the remainder of her Liverpool cargo. The Port Caroline leaves Lyttelton tomorrow for Port Chalmers, Bluff and Timaru to complete her discharge of London cargo.
The Cambridge sails from New Plymouth to-night for Wellington to lift further cargo for America and England. The Hororata sails from Timaru tonight for Lyttelton, Wanganui and Wellington to complete her loading for Home. The Rimutaka leaves Oamaru to-mor-row for Bluff, where she lifts further cargo for Home'. The Tamaroa leaves Timaru on Friday for Wellington to complete her loading for London. The Richardson steamer Mako has been delayed on the coast. She is due at Portland at noon to-day, and arrives at Auckland on Thursday evening. She will be dispatched at noon on Friday for Cape Runaway, Hicks Bay, Te Araroa, Port Awanui, Napier and Wairoa. The Coronation, due this morning from Awanui, sails again at noon on Saturday on the return trip. The Tiroa, due on Sunday from the coast, sails again at noon on Tuesday for Hicks Bay and Gisborne. The Portland, leaving Whakatane today, arrives here on Saturday and flails the same day on the return trip. The Northern Company’s paddle steamer Kopu left last night for Paeroa after undergoing annual overhaul and survey here.
