“The Lope Wolf Returns,” the Master picture announced for early release 13 a thrilling melodrama of the fifth and last of the wonderful "Lone Wolf” mystery tales by Louis J. Vance, directed by Ralph Ince. Bert Lytell, who created the character of the Lone. Wolf 'or the screen some years ago, plays the title role accompanied by Billy in the role of Marcie Mayfair. The picture moves at an astonishingly JJPPy tempo from the moment that the radio message of the Lone Wolf’s return flashes over the country, and t*ert Lytell, as Michael Lanyard, reformed crook, begins to play hide and seek with well-meaning operatives.
