ORDER UNCHANGED fSpecial to THE BUN.) CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday. THE Miss New Zealand finalists appeared before a crowded and enthusiastic house iast evening. The voting did not affect the placings, but alter Lheir own candidate. Miss Leon McCall (Miss Canterbury!, Christchurch people showed preference for Miss Hazel Spiers (Miss Wellington!, Miss Dale Austen (Miss Otago!, Miss Billie Andreasson (Miss Auckland) and Miss Hildred Graham (Maid of Honour to Miss Auckland), in that order. The order remains: First: Miss Dale Austen (“Miss Otago”). Second: Miss Vera Hodge (Maid of Honour to “Miss Otago”). Third: Miss Leon McCall (“Miss Canterbury”). Fourth: Miss Morgie Cameron (Maid of Honour to “Miss Southland”). Fifth: Miss Hazel Spiers (“Miss Wellington”). Sixth: Miss Billie Andreasson (“Miss Auckland”). Seventh: Miss Hildred Graham (Maid of Honour to ‘ Miss Auckland”). Eighth: Miss Winnie Tonkinson (“Miss Southland”). Ninth: Miss Pat Smidt (Maid of Honour to “Miss Wellington”). Tenth: Miss Jane Kinsey (Maid of Honour to “Miss Canterbury”).
