Mr. Ben Spoor, P.C., Labour M.P. for the Bishop Auckland • division of Durham, and former Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury in the Labour Government, was fined £2, with costs, at the Darlington Police Court for being drunk and disorderly while driving a motor-car.
