BRITISH MINERS
REORGANISATION PLAN By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright LONDON, Monday. The “Daily Express” says important plans for the reorganisation of the Miners* Federation are being completed for submission to the executive for official approval. The change is likely to be of great significance to the whole of the trades unions movement. It indicates a return to pure industrialism by the federation, which in the past has been more revolutionary than any other union; also, it will mean a restriction of the activities of Mr. A. J. Cook, general secretary of the federation.— A. and N.Z.
