HIDE AND SKIN VALUES AUCKLAND MARKETS Hides making easier values, sheep and calf skins selling on a par with late sales.— These were the features of the fortnightly skin and side sale held in Auckland this afternoon. Prices ranged as follow: Sheepskins.—Half-bred, 12id; threequarter to full-wool medium, llid to 12d; :ld to full-wool coarse, 9Jd; i wools, Sid to 9Ad; l wools, 7id to Sid; lambs, 9d to 12d; dead and damaged, 6d to Bd. Hides.—Ox hides were mostly passed in at from Sd to S3d. Heavy cow hides made Sd to Sid; light cow hides made 9d to 9 3-Sd. Calfskins. —Best, Hid; seconds, lid to 12d; cut and damaged, 9d to 10id.
