Smoking in Bed Causes Fire.— Smoking in bed caused a lire in a house in Vincent Street on Saturday afternoon. A passer-by, seeing smoke issuing from the window, called the city Fire Brigade, which found the mattress or a bed, on which a man was sleeping, smouldering.
