ROWING
ST. GEORGE'S CLUB PRESENTATION OF TROPHIES Trophies won during the season were presented at St. George’s Rowing Club prize night on Saturday evening, when the Rev. G. Coats, vicecommodore, presided over a large gathering at the Masonic Hall. Among those present were three life members of the club, Messrs. W. Winks, E. Palmer and E. Stone, and Messrs. H. Reston and E. Buckler, representing the Auckland Rowing Association. In his address to the members the vice-commodore congratulated the club on its successful season, in the course of which £7O was won in regatta donations.
