DIXIELAND

CARNIVAL NIGHT A carnival night will take place at Dixieland to-night, when dancing will be continued until midnight. The usual favours and novelties will be provided, while the latest song and dance music will be rendered by the Dixieland Famous Internationals, under the leadership of Mr. C. Howley.

Nearly two years will have been consumed in the preparation and production of "The Wedding March,” Erich von Stroheim’s spectacular Paramount picture, before it reaches the screen in this country. Stroheim, who portrays the star role and' directs the picture, began his labours on the script late in 1925. The final shots were recently taken and it is estimated that it will be some four months before it is ready for presentation in its flpal farm.
