Akarana Club The final of the Wallace Cup resulted in a win for C. Bailey, with a score of 133 for two rounds. Next Saturday a bogey competition will' be played, entries closing on Wednesday. A two-rounds eclectic golf match for Mrs. Ivusabs’s trophies resulted:—A grade: Mrs. Dingle, 85—15, 70; Mrs. Hill, 87—15, 72; Miss Lewis. 96—20, 76. B grade: Mrs. Spedding. 96—29, 67; Miss Anderson, 96—28, 68; Mrs. R. C. Smith, 99—30, 69. C grade: Miss Carnachan, 84—8, 76; Mrs. Redhead, 87—11, 76; Mrs. Stanton, 97—21, 76. The match for the Price Cup was won by Mrs. Parata with a score of 105—23, 82. In the play-off for last month’s medal Miss Giesen beat Airs. Blencoe. Taumarunui Ladies (From Our Own Correspondent.) TAUMARUNUI, Friday. The following players qualified for the Taumaruni ladies’ golf championship: Aliss AlcPherson, 87; Airs. Batt, 88; Airs. Godfrey, 93; Airs. Somerville, 94; Airs.
