Consulate Fire.—ln the account of the mysterious fire in the Union Buildings on Wednesday evening it was stated that Mr. P. Kavanagh went out leaving a door open. The door wlvch he did not close was the one lea I g from the landing into a small hall which served Mr. Kavanagh’s office and another the same floor.
