NO DAMAGES
MOTORIST GETS VERDICT A verdict in favour of the defendant was returned in the Supreme Court before Mr. Justice Herdman by the jury sitting in a claim for £4lO lamages yesterday. The action was one brought by Emma Sowden, widow (Mr. Hogg) against George Isaac Burnnand, engineer (Mr. Holmden) for damages as the result of injuries received through being knocks down bv defendant's motor-car.
