(g) That the total liability in respect of claims arising out of any one railway accident or disaster which result* in the death within thirty (30) days of more than two persons shall not exceed the sum of £2,000; in any such event the said sum of two thousand pounds (£2,000) will be paid pro rata. (h) That the total liability in respect of claims arising out of any one accident or disaster other than railway accidents which results in the death within thirty days of more than two persons shall not exceed the sum oi one thousand pounds (£1,000). In the event of such happening the said sum of one thousand pounds shall be paid pro rata. (i) That no compensation shall he payable for any accident happening while the subscriber is riding upon * luggage or pillion-carrier of a cycle or motor-bicycle. (j) That no compensation shall oe payable for any accident sustained while the subscriber is in a state o intoxication or resulting from suicio or attempt thereat, an overdose o drugs, insanity, war, riot, or civil commotion. ..
