BUTTER RETURNS SHOW BIG INCREASE FORTNIGHTLY RECEIPTS Returns for the butter received into the Auckland Farmers’ Freezing Company, Ltd., for the fortnight ended August 10 record an increase of approximately 75 per cent, on the figures for the corresponding period of last year. „ , The returns show that 14,722 boxes of butter came to hand, as compared with 8,852 boxes for the corresponding period of last year. The cheese returns show an even greater increase over the period, the figures being 650 crates, as compared with 248 crates for the fortnight ended August 10, 1927.
