BIG batch of divorces
OVER 50 undefended petitions for divorce will be heard in the Supreme Court on Thursday next. The original list contains 63 actions, but a few of these have Seen dealt with and one has been postponed until next month. In S 3of the petitions the petitioners are the husbands. The average grounds are desertion and failure to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights.
