DRIVER CUT BY GLASS

COLLISION WITH LORRY In a collision between a motor-lorry and a horse and cart on Great North Road, near Grey Lynn post office, a little before 6 o'clock on Tuesday, the driver of the lorry, Mr. Gordon Morrison. was cut about the neck by broken glass from the shattered windscreen. Mr. Morrison, who lives at 21 Dean Street. Grey Lynn, was taken to hospital, but after treatment proceeded home. The horse was also slightly cut by the broken glass.
