Out To Make Money.—The New Lynn Town Board does not intend to allow moss to grow on its road-roller. When not in use it is to be hired out it' possible. The method of accomplishing this is to pay the driver 5 per cent, commission on all outside jobs for hire of tUe roller that he secures.
