V\7ITH a piece of brown paper ** under his arm, a man walked Into the premises of the Cash Tailoring Company in Colombo Street, yesterday, took a roll of tweed valued at £ls from the counter, wrapped it up and walked out of the shop. He was seen by the manager, Mr. E. C. McDonald, who rushed out of the back door and met the man as ho hurried down Tuam Street with the tweed under hi* arm.
