Eddie Cantor, star Broadway comedian, whose last great stage and screen success was in "'Kid Boots,” has cop\pleted work on his second Paramount comedy, “Special Delivery,” under direction of William Goodrich. “Special Delivery” is a humorous story of the life of a postman who becomes embroiled in a romance on his “route.” Cantor is the post-man. A strong cast including Jobyna Ralston has been as- , sembled for this picture.
