Stanton is survived by his will one son, Air. E. I. Stanton, AucW»F£ and five daughters, Mrs. <J. C« T - Pongaroa, Hawke’s Bay: Mrs. J. f Henderson and Airs. TV. Kuiti: Ali-s. C. B. Prislon and Mr Ala vis Stantain of Auckland.
