Petitioner said the marriage took place in November, 1917, and there was one child. Owing to the drunken habits of the respondent and his continued cruelty, she left him in 1924. and had since supported herself and her child. A decree nisi was made. WANTED HUSBAND BACK Stating that although her husband had failed in a petition for divorce, she wanted him back, and in that respect Susanna Lilian Kenny (Mr. Moody) was granted an order for restitution of conjugal rights against Gt • ge Kenny by Mr. Justice Stringer. The order was for his return within 21 days.
