MISS CULLING HEADS CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFIERS Two rounds of medal play to qualify for the senior and junior championships were played by members of the Auckland Ladies ’Golf Club yesterday. Aliss E. Rathbone, Mrs. Robertson v. Aliss L. Cutfield. Airs. Dufaur v. Mrs. Ferguson. Junior.—Airs. Endean v. Airs. Frater, Airs. Bradley v. Airs. Boddington, Aliss E. Alahoney v. Mrs. Foster, Ivliss C. Waitemata Ladies The L.G.U. monthly medal match played by members of the Waitemata Ladies’ Golf Club resulted in a win for Airs. Bayly with a net score of 68. Other cards were: Airs. Chapman, 93—22, 71; Mrs. Atkinson, 90—18, 72. Thq eclectic match was also won by MrjL Bayly. The best cards were: Airs. Bayly, 87—33, 54; Mrs. Hay, 74 —17. 57; Aliss L. Hall, 93 —34. 59; Airs. Chapman* 82—22, 60. Glendowie Ladies The members of the Glendowie Ladies’ Golf Club will play a bogey match on Alonday for Airs. Butler’s prize* Post entries will be received, players to choose partners. There will be no- match on Wednesday. The last bogey match was won by Airs. Stanley, 2 up. Other cards were: Airs. AI. Aliller, 2 down; Airs. Hintz, 4 down; Aliss Friar, 4 down; Airs. Butler, 5 down. In the semi-finals of the match play Airs. AI. Aliller defeated Aliss Friar, 4 and 2, and Aliss AI. FI ill defeated Aliss AI. English, 2 up.
