A TEA PARTY AT MILNE’S

Mrs. Myall, of “Glenmark,” Takapuna, who is leaving shortly for a long holiday in Sydney, . entertained some of her friends to tea at Milne and Choyce’s yesterday afternoon. The tables were daintily arranged with vivid Iceland poppies and fern. Mrs. Myall looked charming in a frock of embossed georgette with a fur trimmed fawn coat and a pale mauve hat. Among the guests were: Mrs Gee, who wore a rust-brown ensemble suit with a French fur cape and a black hat. Mrs. J. C. Blomfield, wearing a gown of fawn silk jnarocain and an osprey trimmed brown hat and a black fur wrap. Miss Gee, in a cinnamon frock, fitch furs and a black hat. Mrs. S. P. Jones, navy blue ensemble suit with black furs and a navy blue hat. Miss Peggy Gee, ashes of roses costume with a hat to tone and long fur stole.
