Restall and E. W. Inder, 1,000 shares each; G. H. Wallace and A. J. A. Guy, 100 shares each. Hartley and Riley Consolidated Gold Dredging Company, Limited. Objects: To purchase a certain mining claim on the Molyneux River, etc. Capital: £75,000 in 1,500,000 shares of Is each. SubscribG. G. Marriott, H. J. Smith, T. D. Moffatc and A. H. Kitto, 10,000 shares each; H. C. Cotton, W. R. Carruthers and R. B. Spiers, 400 shares each. Rotorua New Picture and General Theatre Company, Limited.
