SIX REGISTERED YESTERDAY Yesterday two private and four public companies were registered in Auckland. They were:— Private Existing Forests, Limited. Objects: To acquire certain parcels of land, acquire land now in natural forest, and carry on the business of planters and growers of trees, etc. Capital: £2,500. in £1 shares. Subscribers: B. Bannon, W. W. Tustain, C. E. Lewis, H. Raftree and A. Brodie, 500 shares each. Allen and Vibert, Limited, Cabinetmakers, etc. Capital: £3,000, in £1 shares. Subscribers: N. V. Allen, R. A. Vibert, 1,500 shares each. Public Hauraki-Alaska Gold Mining Company, Limited. Objects: To carry out an agreement for the purchase of certain land and quartz claims, etc. Capital: £15,000, in 300,000 shares of Is each. Subscribers: A. Burt, A. A. Gray, L. V. Ellis, F. Restall and E. W. Inder, 1,000 shares each; G. H. Wallace and A. J. A. Guy, 100 shares each. Hartley and Riley Consolidated Gold Dredging Company, Limited.
