: j NEW AUSTRALIAN COAST E R. — j Trials have been carried out by the new Australian-owned passenger and cargo motor-ship Minnipa, which has been built and engined by Messrs. Bur- I meister and Wain, Copenhagen, to the j account of the Adelaide Steamship Company, for the Australian interstate service. She is a single-screw vessel with a cargo carrying capacity of 850 tons, d.w., her length being 252 ft 6in. her beam 39ft 9in, and her depth 24ft 3in. Her engines develop 3.600 i.h.p. and give her a service speed of 15 knots when loaded.
