FORTY PER CENT. INCREASE For the year ending May 31, 1927 the Morrinsville Co-op. Dairy Company’s output totals 757 tons llcwt. lqr. 241 b., an increase of 212 tons 9cwt. Oqr. 101 b., or 40 per cent, on the previous year. The total payment for the season was, approximately, 16.139 d, including cartage. The average payment in 1926 was 18.139 d. Suppliers increased from 170 in 1926 to 200 in 1927The percentage of butter made from each pound of butter-fat was 1.2045.
