HIGH HONOUR CONFERRED (British Official Wireless. — Copyright) RUGBY, Wednesday. In connection with the announcement from Ottawa that the Prince of Wales and the Prime Minister of Britain, Mr. Baldwin, have been made members of the Privy Council of Canada, it is notable that no member of the Royal Family has ever before been admitted to the council. I Mr. Baldwin is the only British | Minister in the history of Canada who i has been so honoured. —A. and N.Z.
