STARS HELENE CHADWICK Helene Chadwick, who plays the leading feminine role in “The Bachelor s Baby,” the Master picture due for early release, was from the very beginning a girl with several things to distinguish her from the ordinary run of people. In the first place, she was born on Thanksgiving Day. Then her birthplace was Chadwick, New York, a town named after her grandfather. And last but not least, she was a beautiful baby who grew up into a beautiful girl. The rest of the story is easy. She came to New York to study art, but because of her beauty was besieged with offers to pose for artists instead. Then followed the screen and fame.
