INFORMATION AVAILABLE NO RESTRICTION ATTEMPTED .Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. Interviewed to-day, Mr. A. R. Hargeneral manager of the Radio Broadcasting Company, denied the statement made by Mr. McKeen in the House last night that the broadcast•ng company had refused permission to the Press to publish any but the current day’s programme. No newspaper had applied to the company for the right to publish programmes other than on the day of performance, and if there were any daily newspapers that wished to publish in full more than the current day’s programme the broadcasting company would be only too glad to make arrangements to supply them with all particulars. Mr. Harris also denied the Hon. D. buddo’s statement that the broadcasting company had declined to allow tireless in country halls unless the secretary held a licence from the copytight holder. Mr. Harris stated that the question of copyright of music was controlled by owners or publishers.
