The One Tree Hill Road Board HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that application has been made to the Minister of Internal Affairs to have inserted in the Local Legislation Bill a clause—(a) Validating the payment by the board out of a Special Loan of £IB,OOO raised for the construction of drainage reticulation in the Western Area, of a sum of £4,350 used for the construction of a Pumping Station and a Rising Main, and (b) Authorising the payment by the Board to the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board of the sum of £1,812 2s 2d out of loan moneys. ■ All persons affected by the proposed clause and desiring to lodge any objection thereto, must lodge the same with the Minister of Internal Affairs within 21 days from the 2Sth day of July. 1927.
