r P HAT choral singing in Auckland is not becoming a neglected art is evident from the entries received in the choir section at the forthcoming competitions. Altogether 27 school choirs have signified their intention of taking part, and approximately 1,200 children will be engaged. In the senior choir contest eight choirs will compete including two from Hamilton.
