PACIFIC RELATIONS INSTITUTE By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright HONOLULU, Monday. The chairman of the Institute of Pacific Relations, Dr. R. L. Wilbur, the President of Stanford University, California, has sent a cable message to the President, Mr. Coolidge, regarding the recent conference. Dr. Wilbur says the meetings were highly profitable. “The British Commonwealth,” he says., “was represented by an extraordinarily able group of delegates, who manifested the effort which the British peoples are making to adapt their poflcies to meet the aspirations of tboise countries in the Pacific with which they are related.’’ —A. and N.
