Youth Accused of Theft.—David Asher, aged 18, charged at the Police Court to-day with stealing £6 at Hawera, was remanded for a week. High Cost of Drinking.—Hugh McCullough, who was disorderly while drunk in Queen Street yesterday, was fined £l, in default three days’ imprisonment at the Police Court to-day.
