BON BON REVUE CO.
STRAND ON FRIDAY With the advent of the Robert Roberts Bon Bon Revue Company on Friday next, the Strand Theatre'will stage what has been declared to be one of the biggest, strongest and most spectacular revues ever presented in the Dominion. “The programme is a fast and furious entertainment,” says a Southern paper. A particularly strong cast has been engaged, and every artist is practically a star. Mr. Innes, who for some years was in grand opera in America, has a wonderful voice in addition to being a very fine actor. June Mills, a jolly comedienne, revels in the comedy scenes, of which there are many. Arline Patterson is the principal dancer, and responsible for the ballets, which are a feature of the programme. Other performers include Wylie Watson, Mick Morton, Will Gilbert, Geo. Edwards, Mollie Hughes, Jassey and Moran and May Webster. A particularly lavish supply of wardrobe and scenery is used in the scenes that make up this revue, and the effects are said to be the very beautiful indeed.
