NORTHERN CO.’S DECISION SUBSIDY NEEDED Profits from the export pork business did not come up to the expectations of the Northern Wairoa and Ruawai Pig-marketing Association, according to a report submitted to the annual meeting of the association on Saturday. The chairman, Mr. F. 'Wordsworth, appealed for the support of members, and expressed confidence that they could put the export of pork with a stabilised price pn a satisfactory basis.
