RAIN INTERFERES WITH BOWLING FIXTURES
SATURDAY’S RESULTS Rain interfered with Saturday’s bowling fixtures, but a number of club and inter-club fixtures were played. The Edwin Stars contest between Bassett (Onehunga) and Fookes (Carlton) at the Carlton green was abandoned, and the final of the winter tournament at Dominion Road was postponed after four heads had been played.
