DANGER OF BEING SHOT By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright LONDON, Saturday. The Irish Republican leader, Mr. Eamonn de Valera, says that according to the Free State police he is in danger of being shot, but he has received no threatening letters. De Valera says he is not concerned with official action, and does not want protection. Owen Donnelly, one of the 10 men previously arrested, who was retained in custody, and Thomas Errigan, charged in connection with tjie murder of the Vice-President, Mr. Kevin O’Higgins, have been remanded. The police are n*t yet ready to offer evidence.—A. and N.Z.-Sun.
