GRAFTON LIBRARY “That the League of Nations Will Successfully Abolish War” is the interesting topic which will be debated at the Grafton Library to-morrow night. August 2, by t earns of the W.E.A. and the Auckland University College. The W.E.A. team (Messrs. Alartin, Osborne, and Jackson) will affirm the proposition, and the college team (Miss Alilne, Alessrs. Usher and Simpson) will deny it. Councillor Ellen Melville will be chairwoman.
