NEW BUS STAND

COMMERCE ST. THE TERMINUS From Monday the buses running on the following routes —St. Heliers Bay, Parnell, Eilerslie, Otahuhu, Papatoetoe and Buckland Road —will leave from the new stand which the City Council has created in Commerce Street. The buses will come into Commerce Street from Customs Street, and on the outward journey will leave via Fort Street. The creation of this bus stand in place of the present one in Sturdee Street will materially relieve traffic congestion which occurs at busy times at the Customs Street intersection at the foot of Queen Street, _
