Dickson, member for Parnell, in the House early this morning, the Minister of Labour, the Hon. G. J. Anderson, promised to negotiate with the Minister of Health to see what could be done from the pubf lie health standpoint to clean up the city slum areas. Mr. Dickson said it was not fair that the civic authorities should be shouldered with all the b.'ame when the responsibility for insanitary areas was primarily upon the health authorities.
