The Vienna correspondent of the “Daily* News” says the fact that King Boris of Bulgaria has started upon a holiday tour in Europe has resulted in much speculation in Balkan newspapers as to whether his real object is matrimony. In this connection the name of a lady connected with the British Court is mentioned. It is stated that the Prime Minister of Bulgaria, M. Liaptcheft. strongly urges such a union in preference to one with a Rumanian or Italian Princess.—Sun.
