“While London Sleeps,” Rin-Tin-Tin’s latest starring picture for Master Pictures, is to be released shortly. The dog star will be seen in a new story, with an entirely new production staff and supporting cast. The two stars heading the supporting cast of “While London Sleeps” are Helene Costello and Walter Merill. The remaining players are Otto Matie'sen, De Witt Jennings, Carl Stockdale and George Kotsonaros.
