RESIDENCE DESTROYED
NOTHING SAVED FIRE AT WANGANUI Press Association. WANGANUI, To-day. A six-roomed residence occupied by Mr. G. S. Vance and family, in Montgomery Street, St. John’s Hill, was destroyed by fire early this morning. The fire spread with great rapidity. The occupants escaped in their night attire and lost everything. Insurances are not available.
