REPORTED APPOINTMENT (From Our Resident Reporter.) WELLINGTON, To-day. It is believed that cable information has been received in New Zealand that Mr. W. Grounds, chairman of the Dairy Control Board, has been appointed representative in New Zealand of J. J. Mills and Company, Ltd., of Tooley Street, London, who handle large quantities of New Zealand butter.
