He discussed the family endowment plan with Mr. J. J. Davis, Secretary for Labour. Mr. Baddeley stated that he had now toured England, Prance, Italy, Poland and Germany surveying conditions. He is most interested in Italy, where the workers are predicting that Mussolini will be killed before the year is over. Mr. Baddeley said: "I would not have Mussolini’s job for all the tea in China.” Mr Baddeley Is proceeding to Pittsburgh for a tour of the Pennsylvania mining region. —A. and N.Z.
