It is a spacious house of eight large rooms and is expected to find a buyer from among professional folk who wish a superior residence. The home was furnished with special pride and to-morrow morning at 10.15 Mr. Louis Lewis will submit to auction on the spot, drawing-room, dining-room and all the contents of the house, including a fine Chappell table grand piano which cost 50$ guineas.
