PUBLIC NOTICES. EQUIPMENT FUND. FOR HOSPITAL PATIENTS. As a result of a movement to raise a sum of £3,500 so that a complete wireless outfit may be installed at the Auckland Hospital, inaugurated recently by Mrs. Mary Dreaver, a considerable number of donations has already come to hand. The outfit, when installed, will enable every patient to take advantage of the various broadcastings. At present there are about 100 headphones installed in the Main Building. The practical and technical side of the work will be under the supervision of Mr. Walton Edwards, F.1.M.T., M.1.N.T., London. The completion of the installations will be by Public Tender. The Children Listeners-in t > Sister Maisie Bed-time Stories, have forwarded a sum of £2 10s 6d, made up by penny contributions. This amount been set aside for the Princess Mary Hospital.
