fpHE great crowd which watched the fourth test at Carlaw Park on Saturday brought much comfort to the Soccer authorities who had visions of suffering a severe financial loss over the tour of the Canadians. The same authorities failed to appreciate the service given by the Press in stimulating public interest in the game by the preliminary publicity given to it, and the arrangements •
for accommodating the pressmen on Saturday were totally inadequate for the occasion. Inquiries beforehand showed that no one was responsible for reserving space where the Press could be uninterrupted for the strenuous task of rushing through a detailed report and comment, *»"d attention to this little item would be appreciated in future by the members of the Fourth Estate.
